Britain warned to prepare for worst as floods, wind, snow and ice cover UK

Up and coming severe weather conditions are predicated to hit the UK very soon and are set to play havoc with many firms' normal working patterns. Not only is travel set to be difficult for road and train users, but power problems and school closures, requiring parents to stay at home to look after children, may result in key staff shortages and have knock on delays to normal workflow.

Voicepath clients have in the past used the flexibility provided by our outsourced transcription and manuscript typing services to provide immediate support to fee earners who have made it in to the office or who are working remotely but lack support internally.

Pauline Connolly, Operations Director of Voicepath commented "historically we have seen an increase in workload over the first week of being hit by bad weather and I am pleased to confirm that the Voicepath service has not been adversely affected by this and that we have been able to provide clients with extra support whenever required.”

We welcome the opportunity to help prospective and existing clients manage any disruption. If you anticipate the possibility of this, whether it be illness and absence related, rather than the weather, please get in touch. We shall be very pleased to help
